Step onto a true traditional Kona coffee farm and join our master roaster, raised in Kona coffee culture, for a personal and immersive journey into the artistry and craftsmanship behind authentic Kona coffee.
This 1.5 hour small-group farm experience includes fresh coffee sampling, macadamia nut cracking, a live roasting demonstration using a historic open-flame roaster, and up-close interaction with traditional processing equipment set on the farm’s Hoshidana.
Each guest leaves with a bag of Kona coffee roasted before their eyes during the demonstration.

Unlike larger commercial tours, this intimate small-group experience is conversational, unscripted, and rooted in genuine local hospitality. With tours capped at just 10 guests, visitors have the opportunity to ask questions, talk story, and build a more meaningful connection with the real people, history, and traditions behind Kona coffee — while enjoying sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and exploring the farm’s diverse tropical crops, including the rare and culturally significant Wī tree.
Because this is an active working farm rather than a staged attraction, guests may also witness workers actively processing coffee during harvest season, from carefully raking beans across the Hoshidana drying deck to monitoring the sun drying process that helps shape the final character of the coffee. Combined with the aroma of coffee roasting over fire and the opportunity to sample freshly roasted Kona coffee, the experience offers a rare glimpse into the living craft behind authentic Kona coffee.
